Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in various aspects of our operation:
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary company representative for our clients, ensuring their needs are met in terms of plant care and service.
- Team Leadership: Oversee our team of Horticultural Service Supervisors and Design Consultants, handling all aspects of their employment lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Manage the Tech Performance Pay Program (PPP), conducting regular inspections and reviews to ensure the highest service standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients post-installation, addressing inquiries, managing account changes, and building lasting relationships.
- Operational Oversight: Handle special sales, account relocations, contract renewals, and coordinate with the Service Supervisor for daily operational needs.
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure all paperwork and client communications are handled promptly, efficiently, and with meticulous attention to detail.
- Team Development: Provide leadership and development opportunities to your team, fostering a culture of respect, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Decision Making: Collaborate with Design Consultants to classify accounts and allocate resources effectively.
- Financial Coordination: Work with the Office Manager to manage billing and receipts, and generate sales leads.
