Key Responsibilities

As a Horticulture Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating a team of horticulture associates, driving them towards quality improvements and efficient service delivery.
  • Effective Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with team members and clients.
  • Quality and Efficiency: Identifying, developing, and implementing efficiencies within the department to enhance company profitability and service quality.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing exceptional customer service and effectively managing complex issues with both customers and management.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensuring the smooth operation of the horticulture department, adapting schedules to meet customer needs, and managing resources efficiently.

What We Require

  • Experience in Leadership: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager, preferably in horticulture or a related field.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to carry up to 50-pound water cans, lift 12-15 pounds overhead, and climb a 16’ ladder.
  • Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record in the State of Florida for at least 3 years.
  • Non-Smoker: A commitment to a smoke-free work environment.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills with the potential to learn advanced applications.
