Key Responsibilities

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will be instrumental in:

  • Lead Management: Following up on leads, developing new business opportunities, and effectively closing sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of our products, including a diverse range of plants and decorative containers.
  • Service Plans Expertise: Knowledgeable about our service offerings, including Full Lease, Guaranteed Maintenance, and Maintenance Only plans.
  • Design Consultation: Combining your horticultural knowledge and design skills to create tailored solutions for clients.

What We Require

  • Educational Background: A 4-year college degree in horticulture or a related field, or a 2-year college degree plus relevant experience.
  • Sales Experience: Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities.
  • Driving Record: A clean driving record in the State of Florida for at least 3 years.
  • Non-Smoker: A commitment to a smoke-free work environment.
